Content: The Trossachs and Loch Lomond are famous the world over for their wonderful scenery. Stirling is the historic heart of Scotland, site of battles that helped to form and define the nation. This photographic tour aims to capture that variety and illustrate the principal landmarks and places of interest. The book covers an area which extends from the city of Stirling west to the towering peaks and glorious lochs of The Trossachs. The district’s history is represented by the inclusion of famous locations such as Stirling Castle, Bannockburn and Dunblane Cathedral. The book gives a taste of the magnificence of the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park.
